In house Courier Service is available for lab results to be hand delivered every day. Our reports come printed on easy-to-read, laser printed and color coded documents. We offer Remote Printing Solutions supported by high-quality laser printers installed in your office, which connect to our servers to receive patient results. Most of our test results are available by 10:00 AM the next day. We are equipped with (LabGen Laboratory Interface) which is a state-of-the-art laboratory connectivity system that interfaces with your existing billing and practice management software.

Bio Chem is committed in providing our clients with the most accurate results efficiently without compromising on quality. That’s why we have highly trained technicians in our IT Department who are available to assist with any difficulties 24 hours a day. In the event of any hardware difficulties, our highly skilled representatives from our IT Department are accessible for repairs or replacements or any electronic equipment supplied by Bio Chem Lab around the clock.

Bio Chem offers (in-house) courier services which ensures specimen integrity by efficient retrieval of patient specimens from your office. Bio Chem is capable of scheduling multiple pickup’s and STAT pickup’s to accommodate any requirements regardless of the day and time.

Our highly qualified phlebotomists on staff are always striving to assure that every patient has a pleasant experience when having their blood drawn for diagnostic testing purposes. Our organizational structure and resources allow us to service our patient centers efficiently and to consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our affiliates. Our excellent management and support from our clients is allowing Bio-Chem to grow at a steady pace, hence allowing us to expand our service area and phlebotomy department.

House call services are readily available, and our qualified staff is ready to meet the needs of our homebound patients. Our team of phlebotomists, supervised by experienced managers, has the resources to serve the broadest range of client’s needs.

To better serve our physicians and their patients, Bio Chem Lab has opened blood drawing facilities in Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Westchester (NY) as well as Bergan County and Paterson (NJ). We are expanding our network coverage area to other boroughs and counties in NY, NJ, PA and MD in the near future.
